Experience

Prior to joining a large national firm as a partner, John's legal career took him through over a decade of practice as a barrister in London, specialising in commercial litigation and negligence claims.

He has represented individuals and businesses in various areas, including business and share sales, contract and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, financial claims, and building disputes.  John also specialises in property matters, including general contractual disputes, 1954 Act renewals, break notices and right of way, easement, adverse possession and title disputes.
